Authorized WYSIWYG Trainers

Who can become an Authorized WYSIWYG Trainer?

• Potential AWTs have a very good working knowledge of WYSIWYG products and have access to a lighting console or offline editor, hardware interface(s) allowing one or two ports of DMX input, and a Pipe Tape Printer.
• Potential AWTs use a computer which meets the requirements specified on the WYSIWYG Perform product sheet supplied by Cast.
• Potential AWTs must pass a WYSIWYG qualification exam.

What are the perks to being an AWT?

• Authorized Trainer for WYSIWYG Learn systems. Only AWTs are allowed to conduct the initial WYSIWYG Learn training session.
• Optional: AWT WYSIWYG Lab dongle – 5 WYSIWYG Perform 500 licenses.

• Free updates to AWT WYSIWYG, for AWTs in good standing so you will always have the latest release to teach and/or work with.
• Beta test pre-release versions of WYSIWYG, and offer feedback and suggestions.

• Training outlines and materials.
• AWT WYSIWYG logos for self-promotion and marketing.

• Official AWT certificate signed by Cast Software.

• Free advertising on Cast website.
• Access to lease seminar packages including higher license Learn dongles, swag, and promotional materials.
• No market saturation.

What will it cost to become an AWT?

• Initial Training fee @ $800usd per person per day for two days.
• Training will not be required at time of renewal unless Cast Software determines that there have been significant changes to the program to warrant such re-training.
• If the optional AWT WYSIWYG Dongle is required, a $3000usd per year license fee applies. **

Why would you want the optional AWT Dongle?

• The AWT WYSIWYG Lab Dongle is a network dongle which can run up to five copies of WYSIWYG Perform 500.
• Gives you the freedom to conduct your own seminars, on your own time, and apart from Learn System installations.
• Eliminates the need for trainees to bring in their own computers and/or copies of WYSIWYG.
• Training referrals directly from Cast.

What services could an AWT provide?

• Training for WYSIWYG Learn systems.
• Additional training at educational institutions.
• Training and/or demo seminars to potential customers.
• Advanced training to WYSIWYG owners or potential owners.

How will AWT training be delivered?

• Training will be conducted at Cast Software’s office in Toronto or at any other location designated by Cast. (ex. Europe or Asia)
• Training will last two days.
• The option of becoming an AWT will be available upon successful completion of training and evaluation.
• Official AWT status and all related software will be exchanged upon payment of the license fee.
• AWTs will be visited periodically by Cast Software to verify equipment, and to observe procedures.

**Those wishing to receive both CSP and AWT certification will only be required to attend three days of training and meet the CSP equipment requirements, but must maintain both CSP and AWT licenses. The combined license fee is $5000usd per year.
