The CAST Training Team has conducted Workshops for individuals and large groups, responding to the needs of employees with varying levels of computer literacy. Our corporate clients have used the Workshops to introduce new standard company practices to employees. Indeed, with planning, Vivien Workshops can include training on the use of standardized forms and instructions supplied by our Enterprise Customers.

Working together with our Enterprise Customers, the CAST Training Team will tailor a series of Workshops that are best suited to Our Enterprise Customers's objectives, work environment, and employee skill level.
As our Enterprise Customers' business locations grow, so too does its workforce. With each new acquisition comes employees that may be geographically dispersed, accustomed to different software programs, and with varying levels of computer literacy. Without a cohesive, corporate standard, this diversity can sometimes result in an inconsistent business protocol and a breakdown in communication across the board, and the anticipated gains from growth remain elusive.
Provided that we take the time upfront to understand what this corporate standard should be, training is one "neutral" way to accelerate the standardization of business processes and the spreading of Our Enterprise Customers' culture and practices. However, for training to provide the double win - unifying and upgrading the existing front-line staff + the early assertion of efficiency and operating standards, reporting and support (culture) - Our Enterprise Customers require a catalyst and seminal event. The rollout and training of Vivien can be your solution.
Our Enterprise Customers and CAST would work together to prepare and deliver a series of Workshops. Our normal cost for this training is quoted on a per diem basis depending on; whether the training is delivered at your place or ours, and the features included.
The Workshops will be tailored to the skill level of each group of employees, covering basic skills for the Level 1 Users and progressing up to the most advanced features of the program for the designated Power Users (front-line managerial, technical specialists, and future trainers identified by our Enterprise Customers).
Generally speaking, employees will learn how to measure a venue, use photos, CAD models, or architectural drawings, import floor plans, prepare a first-pass CAD model of the venue, and then tweak this file as necessary. There are usually two stages: building a template that can be reused multiple times; and customizing a template to make a proposal. As the final exercise in the Workshop, employees will build their own basic room template of a real venue using the skills learned in the previous sessions and tweak it under the watchful eye of the trainer.
